PAT'S POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. onions or 1 tbsp. onion juice 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. shredded cheese Mix all together and put in baking dish. Topping: 3/4 c. crushed cornflakes 1/4 c. melted butter Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
