POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag hashbrowns, thawed
2 sticks butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix 1 stick of butter, sour cream, chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, spread over potatoes. Mix 1 stick butter with cornflakes. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
