AYAM KUNING INDONESIA 
500 gr (about 1 lb) fresh chicken, cut into six
8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp coriander
5 cm turmeric
1 stick lemongrass
5 sheets citrus leaves
2 sheets fresh bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 liter (about 1 quart) water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder

Blend garlic, coriander, and turmeric. Put into pan, enter the lemongrass, citrus leaves, bay leaves, salt, chicken bouillon powder and water, boil. Enter the chicken into the pan. Cook until the chicken is cooked. Remove from the heat.

heat the oil. fry the chicken until golden brown.

serve with hot rice and give a little yellow chicken stew seasoning top the rice.
