SUGARLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
Sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour

Cream butter. Combine slightly beaten egg and sugar substitute. Stir together dry ingredients and stir into batter. Stir in peanut butter and knead until thoroughly blended. By teaspoonful, drop dough balls onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
