STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
4 slices white bread (wet)
1 egg
1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chopped parsley

FILLING:

1 lb. Ricotta
1 c. Mozzarella
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. can tomato sauce

In a large bowl mix ground beef, bread, egg, garlic, pepper and parsley. When well blended, spread mixture 1/2 inch thick on a sheet of wax paper. Spread Ricotta and Mozzarella on meat mixture. Top with mushrooms. Roll as jelly roll. Place roll in a compact baking dish. Pour tomato sauce and 1 can water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
