RED VELVET CAKE 
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bottle red food coloring
2 eggs

Mix all together and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cake is done. Makes 2 layers.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. Pet milk
