1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 can Comstock or any apple pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
Walnuts

Empty pineapple. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour pie filling over this. Spread "dry" cake mix next. Cut butter in slices and put on top. Chopped nuts go on next. Put in 350 degree oven and bake for 55 minutes.

You can use other pie fillings to change flavor.
