COUNTRY CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter. Combine crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken in melted butter then roll in crumb mixture.

Place skin side up in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes.

Combine wine, onion and parsley with remaining butter (1/2 cup). When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce over. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 4.
