COUNTRY KIEV CHICKEN 
1 to 2 sticks butter, melted
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. white wine
6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned

Combine oregano, bread crumbs, basil, cheese, salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter; roll in bread crumb mixture. Roll up each chicken breast and place in an ungreased baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Saute green onions in remaining butter. Add white wine. Pour over chicken and bake an additional 10 minutes.
