RED PEPPER RELISH 
12 red bell peppers
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Grind the peppers and onions together. Take the peppers and onions and the juice and combine with the remaining ingredients. Boil this mixture for 30 minutes. Put into jars and seal. Let marinate for a few days before serving.
