“SWEET PEPPER RELISH” IS IN:

SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
This is a great relish for the lower-fat turkey hot dogs on a wheat bun.

1 large onion, quartered
1/2 c. bottled low calorie Italian dressing
2 tsp celery seeds
1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced in pieces

Pulse-chop the onion in food processor. Spoon into small saucepan. Add 1/2 cup Italian dressing and the celery seeds. Bring to boiling over medium heat; lower heat, simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pulse-chop the bell peppers. Add the onion mixture; remove from heat; let cool. Cover and refrigerate till serving.

Makes 4 servings, 406 calories each
