SUMMER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Break cauliflower and broccoli into bite sized pieces; chop onions. Pour peas over cauliflower, broccoli, and onions. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over vegetables; toss. Refrigerate in air-tight container overnight.

Serves 8 to 10.
