STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 med. bell peppers
1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. precooked rice
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. diced onion
1/2 c. tomato paste

Combine all ingredients except peppers. Clean out inside of peppers and stuff them with mixture. Pour tomato paste over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
