SUMMER SAVORY 
1 lb. stewing beef
1 tbsp. summer savory
Flour
Oil
Water
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. Gravy Master

Roll beef in flour, then brown in hot oil. Add chopped onion. Add water to cover with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes. Serves 2-3.
