SUGARLESS COOKIES 
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and make into a roll, chill. Slice and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
