SUGARLESS COOKIES 
2 c. flour
Walnuts and raisins
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Onto greased cookie sheet, drop dough by tablespoons about 2 inches apart. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Store in tightly covered container.

Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies. Exchange per cookie: 1/2 bread, 1 fat. 8 calories per cookie.
