SUGARLESS COOKIES 
3 bananas
1/3 c. oil
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt

In a large bowl mash bananas and add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 30 cookies.
