2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 lg. tomato, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® converted white rice
13 oz. chicken flavored broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish. Cover with lid and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
