MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
5 lb. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
garlic, to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Peel 5 lb. potatoes. Cook. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream and spices. This may be refrigerated one or two days before needed. Reheat in 325°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
