1 pkg. crushed graham crackers (1 package out of a 3 package box) 2 sticks melted butter 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted Combine peanut butter mixture, press firmly into a large cookie sheet. Spread melted chocolate on top. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, then cut. Don't refrigerate any longer before cutting, it will crack. You can refrigerate after that for as long as you want. |
