CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans 1/2 c. butter 1 c. confectioners sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 3 c. milk Melt butter; mix with flour and pecans. Press in 9 x 12-inch baking dish to form crust. Bake in 350°F oven 15 minutes or until brown. Cool. Blend until creamy the sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Set aside. Blend chocolate pudding and milk. Begin with cream cheese mixture and layer alternately with chocolate mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm. |
