CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and mix in flour and nuts. Mix well and cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. powdered sugar

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and half of Cool Whip. Spread completely over cooled crust.

PUDDING MIXTURE:

2 sm. boxes pudding (use your favorite flavor)
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix pudding as directed on box. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread the rest of the melted Cool Whip on top of pudding and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate.
