1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 lg. carton Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate, butterscotch, lemon or pistachio pudding 3 c. milk Blend flour, butter and nuts and press in bottom of glass 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar, then spread on crust. Mix pudding and milk. Pour over cheese mixture. Take balance of Cool Whip and pour over entire mixture. If using lemon pudding (large package), mix with milk per instructions on box and add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. |
