CREAMY CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken breast or dark meat (cooked)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 stick melted butter

Put chicken in casserole.

Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Mix crumbs, poppy seeds and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
