REUBEN DIP 
1 small can sauerkraut, drained and chopped up
3 pkg. Buddig corned beef slices, chopped up
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
about 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix everything well, adding additional mayo if not well moistened. Place in shallow baking dish and bake at 350°F until hot and edges bubble. Serve on mini pumpernickel rye bread slices.
