1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. Kellogg's Special K cereal
1/4 c. pecans
2 tbsp. powdered beef bouillon
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered. Tastes like meatloaf.
