SPANISH LIMAS 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne (chili powder could be used)
2 c. cooked frozen or canned lima beans
1 1/2 c. grated process cheese

Fry onion and pepper slowly in butter until golden. Add tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes. Add seasonings and well drained beans; combine.

Alternate layers of bean mixture and cheese in greased 1 quart casserole. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
