SUET PUDDING 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. raisins
1 c. currants
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
A little lemon or orange juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
Flour to make stiff

Dip cloth in hot water, wring, sprinkle with flour, boil 3 hours, pour cold water over cloth.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream

Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly.
