CORN PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. cut corn
3 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cut corn from cob. Scrape cobs. Melt butter in casserole. Beat eggs and add other ingredients, corn and butter. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the depth of the casserole.
