VINAIGRETTE 
2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp. pure prune juice (optional)
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. chervil or parsley (finely chopped)
1 green onion, minced
1 clove garlic, grated
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. water

Place in decanter and shake well. Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
