HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. butter, melted

Combine flour, sugar, butter. Mix until fine. Put in pan 9 x 9 inches. Bake at 350 degrees and cool.

Mix cheese, sugar, milk, eggs, fold in vanilla. Put pineapple on top. Combine butter, coconut for top put over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
