HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE BARS 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat in 9 x 13 pan; bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk; fold in pineapple and vanilla. Pour over cooled crust. Mix coconut and butter; pour over cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
