PINEAPPLE BARS 
1ST LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar

2ND LAYER:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

PINEAPPLE FILLING:

1 c. cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 can or 1 c. crushed pineapple
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. cornstarch

1ST LAYER: Mix and put into regular cake pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

2ND LAYER: Mix and put over first layer and bake 20 minutes.

PINEAPPLE FILLING: Mix together and boil until thick. Cool and put on bars.
