HAMBURG POTATO BAKE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mashed potatoes

Mix ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and 1/2 can soup. Press into pie pan or any kind of baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Spoon off any fat. Mix 1/2 can soup with mashed potatoes. Pour on top of hamburg mixture. Top with cheese and put back in oven for 10 or 15 minutes until cheese melts.
