GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses

Cream together above ingredients. Add:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking soda

Mix well. Roll scant teaspoon of dough into ball and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
