STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. pretzels, crushed 3/4 c. butter, melted 3 tbsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 2 c. Cool Whip 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O 2 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1 pkg. frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together and press in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Pour over crust. Mix Jell-O, water and strawberries; let get a little thick and not too hot. Pour over ingredients. Refrigerate. |
