HUNNINGTON CHICKEN 
1 (4 lb.) hen
2 c. shell macaroni
1/2 lb. American cheese
4 c. broth
4 c. bread crumbs
8 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
2 tbsp. butter

Bake and debone and dice chicken or turkey. Cook shell macaroni and drain. Combine broth and flour for thickening. Mix chicken, macaroni, cheese and thickened broth together. Pour mixture into an 8 x 12 inch greased baking dish.

Mix bread crumbs and butter together; add this to the top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be frozen. May substitute turkey for chicken.
