WILD RICE WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. wild rice
2 lg. apples, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey

Cook wild rice, chill. Toss diced apples with lemon juice. Stir in celery, wild rice. Blend yogurt, mayonnaise, honey. Toss with salad ingredients. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
