ALPINE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Can be prepared the day before and refrigerate until time to bake. Leftover turkey can substitute for chicken.

4 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. celery slices
2 c. toasted bread cubes
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft Swiss cheese slices, cut into thin strips

Combine ingredients except nuts; mix well. Pour into 2-quart casserole; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 6 servings.

To do ahead: Prepare as directed. Cover; refrigerate several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 10 minutes.
