3 eggs well beaten
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil (or any kind)
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can baby food carrots
1 can baby food applesauce
1 can baby food apricots

Combine all ingredients and bake on large cookie sheet with sides (12 x 19, greased). Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

3 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
2 c. icing sugar, more if necessary

This keeps well frozen.
