1 lg. egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar

Beat egg white until stiff. Slowly add sugar. Then add vanilla and vinegar. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet lined with brown paper. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Cover with strawberries and whipped cream.
