FLUFFY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Boil pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Dissolve Knox gelatin in water. Cool until set. Add cheese and Cool Whip. Stir together. (Delicious!)
