SPANISH RICE 
3 c. long grain rice
2 oz. Crisco oil
1/4 tbsp. ground cummin
1/4 tbsp. garlic salt
Water
1 sm. mango
1 sm. (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 chopped onion, small

Put 2 ounces Crisco oil into a skillet. Heat up grease on low temperature. When grease hot add rice. Fry until brown. Add warm water, slowly. Water 1 inch from top of skillet. Then add ground cummin and garlic salt. Watch continuously so doesn't dry out. Add warm water as needed until rice is cooked. Add mango chopped small. When rice is done add tomato sauce. May eat juice or dry as desired. Add onion if desired.
