MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. can cream corn
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
Jalepeno pepper, to taste
Sm. jar pimiento bacon bits

Grease large skillet. Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
