CHEWY WALNUT BARS 
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Stir eggs with fork. Add sugar and stir until all lumps are gone. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder into mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Turn into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut in bars. 12-15 bars.
