CUSTARD COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
24 oz. cottage cheese, sm. curd (or Farmers cheese)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
Good dash of nutmeg
1 c. milk

Beat eggs well with the sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and cottage cheese. Stir in milk and pour into a unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or may take a little longer.
