SOUTHERN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick, salt & pepper
1 tbsp. Wesson pure vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot Wesson in skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chops are tender, basting occasionally.
