QUICK AS A WINK CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 lb. ground beef, very lean
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans vegetable beef soup

Put potatoes in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Crumble raw hamburger over potatoes. Pour undiluted soup over hamburger. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1/2 hours.
