SQUASH BALLS 
1 1/2 c. squash
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. water
Salt & pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Crushed Corn Flakes

Cook squash with onion in water. Salt and pepper to taste; drain well. Mix with egg, flour, and baking powder. Form into small balls. Roll in Corn Flakes. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
