1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 raw, med. russet potatoes, grated

Mix meat and spices well. Add potatoes and stuff into rinsed casings; tie ends. Bring to boil; simmer about 45 minutes. Remove from water and brown in fry pan.
